• Any subdomains or APIs provided by Texify.it
• Mobile versions or apps linked to the core platform

We only collect what we need to operate the Service:

• Identifiers: Name, email, authentication credentials (including Google or GitHub account data).
• Content Files: Uploaded images, PDFs, and their extracted/translated output.
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, OS, access times, referring pages.
• Billing Data: Collected and processed securely via Stripe.
• Support Data: Chat logs, email support tickets.
• Cookies and Analytics: Only with consent (see Section 7).

• Contract: To provide core Service functionality.

6. Google Workspace API Limited Use Restrictions

Texify.it complies with Google's Limited Use restrictions for Workspace API user data. We affirm that we do not and will not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of our application.

• We do not use Google user data to train AI/ML models
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or marketing
• We only access Google Sheets and Drive data when users explicitly request export functionality

7. Data Sharing and Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share only with:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• AWS (OCR, translation, file processing)
• Stripe (billing)
• Email providers (transactional messages)
• OAuth Providers (Google, GitHub): used strictly for authentication during sign-up and login. We do not share or use this data for advertising, marketing, or any other unrelated purposes.

Transfers outside your region are governed by SCCs or adequacy mechanisms.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use:

• Necessary cookies (login/session)
• Analytics cookies (GA4)
• Consent banner for EU/UK visitors

Your browser settings and our cookie banner allow you to control these.

9. Retention and Deletion

• Uploaded files auto-delete within 24 hours
• Billing data: retained for 7 years
• Support logs: retained for 2 years
• OAuth login data: retained as long as your account is active

• TLS 1.3 and AES-256 encryption

• Incident response within 24 hours
