1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using our services—including signing up through Google or GitHub—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Overview

Texify.it provides tools to extract, translate, and download text from visual media (images, PDFs, etc.). Functionality varies by plan.

3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate info
• You may register using Google or GitHub accounts; in doing so, you authorize us to access your basic profile info for authentication
• Maintain confidentiality of any supplemental credentials
• You are responsible for activity under your account

4. Plans and Billing

• All prices in USD; auto-renewal applies
• Credits expire at billing cycle end
• No refunds unless required by law
• Managed via Stripe; we don't store card details

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal or copyrighted content
• Reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
• Train AI or ML models using extracted output
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse API access

6. Intellectual Property

• You own your uploaded content
• We own our platform, models, brand, and designs
• Feedback you submit may be used without compensation

7. Account Termination

• You may cancel anytime in your dashboard
• We may suspend or terminate if Terms are breached
• Data may be deleted immediately upon termination

8. Disclaimers

• Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• No guarantee of 100% accuracy for OCR or translation

9. Liability Limitations

Max liability: greater of USD 100 or last 12 months of fees. No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Texify.it against claims arising from your breach or misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms governed by laws of Ontario, Canada. Jurisdiction: Toronto courts.

12. Changes to Terms

• Material changes: 30 days' notice
• Continued use = acceptance
